Patchogue-Medford School District Child Care Program Our Program Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will begin on August 4, 2025 at 9AM.There are 2 types of contracts to submit.1, Consistent - This contract should only be used if you will not be making any changes from September - June.2. Pick Your Days - This contract should be used if you would like to choose your days each month. You will need to submit a schedule change each month by the due date. ONLY SUBMIT one month at a time.There are 3 options to choose when registering; Before care, After care and Before and Aftercare. If you need both Before and After care on the same day use the calendar that is for Before and Aftercare . Do not select all the options, as this may cause you to have to resubmit a new contract and you may lose your place in the registration process.
